Arrival
On the day of arrival your pitch is available from 14.00 pm. It is no problem to arrive at the campsite earlier, but the pitch will be available from 14 pm. The glamping tents are also available from 14.00 hours due to cleaning.

Departure
On the day of departure, we would like the pitch to be available again from 11 am. for maintenance and for arriving guests. It is no problem to stay a little longer at the campsite, as long as the place is empty and available.

Payment
To make sure that your preferred location is available on arrival, you can book online. No extra costs will be charged for this. The down payment for a camping pitch is equal to the total cost of the booking with a maximum of €25. The down payment for a glamping tent is equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking. After booking you will receive an email with the payment details and a link to transfer the down payment. The remaining amount will remain open until the end of your holiday, and can be paid at the reception upon departure by debit card, cash or check.

Cancellation
If canceled up to 8 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full deposit immediately. If you cancel 7 days or less before the arrival date, you will no longer be entitled to a refund of the deposit. If you do not show up on the reserved arrival date without notice, the reservation will automatically expire and no refund will be made.

• Use washing machine, dryer and freezer
