"This year was our first time at the campsite. We were very warmly welcomed by Mike and Marian. They were also immediately ready if there was a problem (car battery). Our dogs also had a great holiday because they could go into the water in various places. Lovely walks in a super beautiful area. Nice quiet campsite and the showers and toilets are very clean. "This cozy and friendly campsite offers everything that makes a camper happy: beautiful, large pitches with beautiful views and lots of privacy, super clean sanitary facilities and hot showers. The bread is delivered to your caravan in the morning. Delicious takeaway meals are made in the food truck, even vegetarian if desired. The campsite has a beautiful training course for dogs, chickens roam around and there is a well-stocked bookcase. And you can swim in the lake.
All in all, a super campsite where Mike and Marian do everything to make the guests happy. This campsite really deserves more than the 2 stars it has now. Highly recommended."

"This year for the first time with a camper and we ended up at Du Lac, hadn't camped for years ☺️ but what a nice welcome, everything is possible, beautiful places, very spacious and a fantastic view 🤩 we have used the takeaway menu a few times and I wouldn't cook for that myself, delicious! Real holiday, also for our loyal four-legged friend Bob who had a holiday of his life, lovely walks in a super beautiful area, cycling, although the hills were sometimes heavy and swimming in the beautiful lake every day. Also a dip during the walks every now and then. Nice quiet campsite and the showers and toilets are very clean. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it! Thank you so much Mike & Marian."

"Was at the campsite for the first time and were very warmly welcomed by Mike and Marian, a good campsite to rest, no noise and then the food that Marian prepared was very tasty and enough also very dog friendly. There is a sandy beach 200 meters away for the children and there is a lifeguard present, we also got to know people from Ghent and also a couple from New Zealand. This campsite is definitely worth repeating. We hope to be back next year. Kind regards."

"If you are looking for a quiet campsite in a non-touristy area, this campsite is ideal. Located on a beautiful lake and surrounded by greenery, the campsite offers many hiking opportunities directly from the site and in the surrounding area. Perfect for a holiday with the dog! Marian, Mike and their sons do everything to make their guests happy. The toilet block is well maintained and the camping pitches are spacious and well cared for. The food truck is a great addition to the campsite. A different delicious dish is available every day! We had a great holiday!"

The camping pitches are very spacious and the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. "Beautiful location directly on a lake with a beach further on, terraced campsite, good for your calves 😉 We stayed in the retro caravan, which is stylishly and neatly renovated and fully equipped. Complete with bedding, towels, microwave etc, so you only need to bring your clothes. Very friendly and helpful owners. Daily meals to take away at the campsite or to enjoy on site, cozy Apero on Saturday, introduction with a drink and a snack. Area with nice markets nearby, beautiful winding roads, many cycling and walking routes. We had a wonderful time."

If you are looking for peace, if you are looking for more than spacious pitches with a beautiful view (terraced pitches), if you are looking for relaxed campsite managers, if you are looking for clean sanitary facilities and all this at a more than reasonable price, then Camping Du Lac in Bujaleuf is highly recommended. We spent a week with pleasure at Du Lac last June 2021 and will definitely come back again."
